How to create priorities

Priorities help your support team to focus on the most urgent tasks first, streamlining workflow and increasing efficiency across the board.
Follow these steps to create priority:

Navigate to Customers -> Help Desk MX -> Priorities.

Press Create new priority button.

Press Save button to finish creating priority.
