How to sign messages with a custom signature

Our extension allows agents to have their signatures automatically added at the end of each response to the ticket. To add a signature, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to System -> All users grid, and pick up a record for a particular agent.

  2. In the Help Desk additional tab, enter the signature to the field Signature for emails (you can use HTML code, if needed).

  3. Save user record to apply the signature.

From that moment, each notification sent by that agent will be signed with the entered text.
