Configuring the extension
A few steps to quickly set up and optimize your customer segments.
The Customer Segmentation Suite extension allows you to divide your customers into segments grouped by their behavior, location, or preferences.
After installation, you need to create several customer segments that you can use later. Set up the conditions that will determine how customers are divided into different groups, and specify the refreshing method. We recommend using the automatic method, allowing segments to be updated via cron once a day.
This setup is enough for the extension to work. You can now use the created segments in Magento rules or in Mirasvit modules that support integration with the Customer Segmentation Suite.
You can evaluate the effectiveness using reports.
