How to prevent rules from multiplying?

For example, if a customer adds a product to the cart and this product satisfies both rules, but only one rule should be triggered.

  • Go to the General Information tab and assign priorities to the rules based on the promotional significance of each product. For example, if products A and B are in the Cart and you want to reward only for B, set a priority of rule for product A to 20 and for product B a priority of 10;
  • Set the Stop further rules processing option to Yes. This will prevent rules with the same or lower priority from triggering, even if their conditions apply.
