How to install the extension

Prepare for installation

1. Back up your store's database and web directory.

2. Log in to the SSH console of your server and navigate to the root directory of the Magento 2 store.

3. Copy the installation instructions from the page My Downloadable Products to the SSH console and press ENTER.

Install the extension via composer

1. Run command to enable the extension

   php -f bin/magento module:enable Mirasvit_Core Mirasvit_BlogMx Mirasvit_Comment

2. Run command to install the extension

   php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade

3. Run command to clean the Magento cache

   php -f bin/magento cache:clean

4. Deploy static view files

   rm -rf pub/static/*; rm -rf var/view_preprocessed/*;
   php -f bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

Install the extension for Hyva

1. Run the command to obtain the Blog MX Hyva component

   composer require mirasvit/module-blog-mx-hyva:*

2. Enable installed Hyva component:

   php -f bin/magento module:enable Hyva_MirasvitBlogMx Hyva_CompatModuleFallback

3. Update Magento database schema and data with the command:

   php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade

4. Compile the code to generate the contents of Magento var/di folder:

   php -f bin/magento setup:di:compile

5. Check the file app/etc/hyva-themes.json. If there are no entries for the package mirasvit/module-blog-mx-hyva package - run the following command

   php -f bin/magento hyva:config:generate

6. Compile the code of the installed extension:

   cd /path/to/theme/web/tailwind/

   npm run build-prod

7. Deploy the static view files

   cd /path/to/project/

   rm -rf pub/static/*; rm -rf var/view_preprocessed/*;
   php -f bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

8. Run the command below to clean the cache:

   php -f bin/magento cache:flush
