Legacy PHP-serialized rows log a warning on first read and fall back to empty values — re-save the affected entity in admin (schedule, draft, ticket, storeview-localized fields) to convert the row to JSON. Also removed the @ error suppression on Mirasvit\Helpdesk\Model\ResourceModel\Ticket::_afterLoad() in line with the Magento ECG rule.
