Manage Landing Pages
Landing search page is the page with predefined URL that returns search results by a predefined search phrase.
Using this feature, you can create a page like http://store.com/black-samsung-phone.html and link it with search phrase like “black samsung phone”. When customer visits this page, he will see search results by the phrase ''black samsung phone''. Also you can set up Meta tags and H1 for this page.
Manage Landing Pages
Go to System / Search Management / Manage Landing Pages
Press the button Add New and fill in following fields:
General Information
- Query Text - the phrase for search (ex. samsung phone)
- URL Key - key for url "https://example/shoes/all/" is "shoes/all"
- Active - Yes/No
- Page Title - the title (H1) of the page
- Meta Keywords
- Meta Description
- Layout Update XML
