Mirasvit Form Builder lets you create single- or multi-page custom forms—no code required. Its intuitive drag-and-drop builder helps you compose complex layouts, enforce field validation, prefill values from variables, and add conditional logic between fields.

Submissions can be routed to specific admins based on respondents’ answers or automatically converted into Help Desk tickets (via the Mirasvit Help Desk extension). You can also email a copy to the customer.
