Answers

To view and manage all received answers in one place, go to Content -> Form Builder -> Answers.

Answers list

Here, you'll find the following fields:

  • ID: unique identifier of the form.
  • Form: form name.
  • Store view: store view where the form will appear.
  • Remote address: customer’s IP address.
  • Status: current form status.
  • Created at: date and time the record was created.
  • Internal note: admin-only note for internal use.
  • Updated at: date and time the record was last updated.
  • Action: actions for the selected items in the queue:
    • Edit: view and edit the form.
    • Print: open a print-friendly view.
    • Delete: remove the form.

Hover over the eye icon in the ID column to preview the answer details.


View answer

Go to Actions -> Edit to view answer. The following sections and fields are available:

General information

This section contain blocks with submitted data and technical information about answer.

Answer page

  • Submitted data: contains the fields with the customer’s answers.
  • Informational: technical information:
    • Form name
    • Submitted at
    • Customer name
    • IP address
    • Store view
  • Internal note: a text field for adding an internal comment.
  • Status: use to set the response status using previously created statuses.
