Mixpanel Analytics for Magento 2 User Manual
Mixpanel Analytics for Magento 2 streams your store's e-commerce and customer activity into a Mixpanel project, so you can build funnels, retention curves, and behavioral reports on real shopping data - without writing tracking code.
Out of the box the extension tracks the key steps of the shopping journey (product views, add-to-cart, checkout, purchase, search, and refunds), identifies logged-in customers, and keeps their Mixpanel people profiles enriched with lifetime value and order statistics. It builds on the shared Mirasvit Marketing tracking data layer, so it coexists cleanly with our other tracking extensions (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and reuses the same configuration and debug tools.
The Hyvä theme is supported out of the box - no separate compatibility extension is required.
Once your data is in Mixpanel, the easiest way to analyze it is with AI. Mixpanel natively supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so you can connect your project to an AI agent such as Claude or ChatGPT and explore funnels, retention, and segments in plain language - no dashboards or hand-written queries. Pair it with the Mirasvit Magento MCP to see customer behavior and live store data side by side. See How to analyze your data with AI.
