Attachments

All attachments are located at Catalog -> Attachments -> Manage Attachments.

Attachments grid​

Attachments grid provides the following information:

  • ID: unique identifier of the attachment.
  • Sort Order: defines the display order of the attachment.
  • Is Active: indicates whether the attachment is enabled/disabled.
  • Name: internal name of the attachment.
  • Icon: displays the assigned icon.
  • Type: type of attachment (e.g., file, link).
  • Tag: tag assigned to the attachment.
  • Label: title shown on the storefront.
  • Downloads: shows how many times the attachment was clicked: today (from 12 AM to now), in the last 30 days, or for all time.
  • Created At: date and time when the attachment was created.
  • Updated At: date and time of the last modification.
  • Action: available actions (edit, delete).

Attachments form​

Click Add New or Add Multiple at the top right, or Edit in the Action column, to open the attachment settings form with the following options:

  • Is Active: indicates whether the attachment is enabled/disabled.
  • Type: type of attachment (e.g., file, link).
  • Label: title shown on the storefront.
  • Sort Order: defines the display order of the attachment.
  • Tag: tag assigned to the attachment.
  • Icon: displays the assigned icon.
  • Customer Group Ids: the customer groups that will be able to see the attachment.
  • Store View: which store views will have the attachment.

The three sections above — Product, Categories, and CMS Pages — let you choose the entities where the attachment should be added.
