How to upgrade the extension

To upgrade the extension, follow these steps:

Back up your store's database and web directory.
Log in to the SSH console of your server and navigate to the root directory of your Magento 2 store.
Run the following command to update the current extension along with all dependencies:
```
composer require mirasvit/module-affiliate:* --update-with-dependencies
```
If you have Hyvä, run the same command. Since version 1.9.0, Hyvä support is part of the extension: if mirasvit/module-affiliate-hyva is installed, composer removes it during the update.
Note
In some cases, the commands above may not be applicable, or you may be unable to update only the current module. If that's the case, you will need to upgrade all Mirasvit modules in a bundle. The command above will have no effect in such scenarios.
Instead, run the following commands to update all Mirasvit modules installed in your store:
composer update mirasvit/*
Install the updates by running the following command:
```
php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade
```
Clean the cache by running the following command:
```
php -f bin/magento cache:clean
```
If you have Hyvä, rebuild your theme's styles: run bin/magento hyva:config:generate, then rebuild your Hyvä theme's Tailwind CSS.

If your theme overrides affiliate templates of the old package, move them from app/design/frontend/<Vendor>/<theme>/Hyva_MirasvitAffiliate/templates/ to app/design/frontend/<Vendor>/<theme>/Mirasvit_Affiliate/templates/, keeping the rest of the path. An override at the old location is no longer read.

Deploy the static view files:

rm -rf pub/static/*; rm -rf var/view_preprocessed/*;
php -f bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
