How to create extra payment

Follow the steps below to create a shipping rule in your Magento store:

1. A new extra payment is bonded to an existing order, therefore it is created on the page of a particular order. Navigate to Sales -> Orders and find the order for which you need to create the extra payment. On the Action column, click the View button for this order and on the Order View page, navigate to Extra Payments tab.

2. Start creating a new extra payment with the button Add Extra Payment.

3. Fill in general information. A detailed description of the fields can be found in the Extra payment section of our documentation.

4. Click Add Item to specify what the extra payment is for. You can add multiple items if necessary.

5. Add notes for customer and internal use

6. Set up email notifications to notify the customer via email.

7. Press the Save button to finish creating the extra payment.
