How to create shipping rate

Creating a custom shipping rule is a straightforward process that allows you to adjust shipping rates and conditions based on your specific business requirements.

Follow the steps below to create a shipping rule in your Magento store:

1. Navigate to Stores -> Shipping Rates. This will take you to the shipping rules management page, where you can add, edit, or delete rules.

2. Click on Add New Shipping Rate button.

3. Start by filling in the General information for your rate. A detailed description of the fields can be found in the Shipping rates section of our documentation.

4. In the shipping method section, specify the shipping methods to which this rule will apply. You can select multiple methods or apply the rule to all available shipping methods.

5. In the Conditions tab, define the conditions that must be met for the rule to apply.
