How to create article
Creating an article in your Knowledge Base is essential for providing valuable information to your customers, answering frequently asked questions, or explaining product features in detail. Each article can be associated with one or more categories to ensure seamless organization within your Knowledge Base.
Follow these steps to create an article in your Magento store's Knowledge Base:

Navigate to Content -> Knowledge Base -> Articles. This will bring you to the articles management page, where you can add, edit, or delete existing articles.

Click the Add New Article button.

Start by filling in the General information for your article.
- In the Meta information tab, add meta details to improve the SEO performance of your article.
- In the Rating tab you can manage the article’s Rating and Number of Votes for customer feedback and engagement.
- Once all the required information is filled in, click Save to create your new article.
