Add similar products block

This example shows how to configure a Similar products rule that displays items which customers have viewed together, limited to products from the same Attribute Set as the current product.
Such a setup helps show alternatives of the same type (e.g., shoes with shoes, bags with bags), increasing the chance of cross-navigation.

Result

On product pages, a Similar products block appears with items that:

  • Have been viewed together by customers
  • Belong to the same Attribute Set as the current product

This creates a relevant, context-aware recommendation block that helps customers find alternatives or variations within the same product category.
