Resolutions
When a customer submits a return request, they often have preferences for how they’d like their return to be resolved - whether it's an Exchange or a Refund. While these two options form the backbone of any reliable return service, businesses often need more flexibility. Maybe you offer specialized types of refunds or even repair services. Whatever the case, empowering customers with choices boosts their confidence in your brand and strengthens loyalty.
Our extension allows you to create as many possible return Resolution, as your policy need.
General information
- Title: the name of the resolution, making it clear to both your staff and customers.
- Code: a unique internal identifier for this resolution.
- Is active: decide whether this resolution is available during RMA creation or editing, offering flexibility based on your return workflow.
- Is Exchange order allowed: if enabled, the admin can easily create an exchange order from the RMA order page.
- Is Replacement order allowed: if enabled, the admin can generate a replacement order from the RMA order page.
- Is Credit memo allowed: if enabled, the admin can issue a credit memo directly from the RMA order page, streamlining refunds.
- Sort order: determines the display order of resolutions in the dropdown menu for seamless selection.
You can customize titles for specific store views directly on the edit page, ensuring your RMA language reflects local nuances and customer preferences. To do this, just switch the store switcher to the desired one, and enter contents into the proper field. It will be saved independently just for the selected store.
