Settings

All settings on this page are located at Stores -> Configuration -> Mirasvit Extensions -> AI Copilot.

For tool-specific settings (e.g., Database Reader), see the Tools Settings page.

tip

To apply changes, clear the Magento cache after modifying these settings.

General Settings

Connection: shows Activate Copilot until the store is connected to the Copilot service, and Connected. Copilot is ready to use. afterwards. Activation needs no API key - the store is identified by your Mirasvit licence and its domain.

AI provider keys are not entered here. They live in the widget's AI Provider tab; see AI providers.
Client ID: a unique identifier issued during activation. Used to identify your store with the Copilot service. Read-only.
Client Secret: a unique secret issued during activation. Used for secure communication with the Copilot service. Read-only and stored encrypted.
Recovery Token: issued during activation. Keep a copy somewhere safe - it is what restores this store's conversation history, widget configuration, and provider keys if you move the store to a new domain or lose the Magento configuration. Read-only and stored encrypted.
Restore from Token: paste a recovery token here and save to re-attach this store to an existing Copilot instance. Leave it empty otherwise.

System prompt: a custom instruction that is applied to all Copilot conversations. Use this to tailor the AI assistant's behavior to your store's specific needs — for example, providing context about your business, preferred response format, or specific guidelines.

The extension ships with a default system prompt that instructs the AI to act as a Magento admin assistant. You can extend or replace it as needed.
