Configuring the extension
A few tips to quickly tackle our key features.
Follow Up Email allows you to send personalized emails to your customers after they take specific actions on your website, such as registration, placing a new order, abandoning a cart, etc. The extension starts working immediately after installation, but you'll need to follow these steps to configure it:
1. Create new campaign
You need create a new campaign using one of the pre-set templates. During this process, you can configure the triggers for the campaign, the theme and template of the emails, and define the conditions for sending them. We recommend reviewing examples of our campaigns before you begin.
2. Testing your campaign
Test your emails using the preview pane and test the entire campaign without disturbing your customers by using Sandbox mode.
3. Ensure GDPR compliance
Review our GDPR compliance tips if applicable to your region.
4. Track campaign results
To evaluate the effectiveness of your campaigns, use the Dashboard along with the Mail and Event logs.
