Trigger settings
To edit trigger open Marketing -> Follow-Up Email -> Manage campaigns choose your campaign and click on Edit trigger button.
Basic trigger settings
Set the basic parameters and scheduling for this campaign.
- Trigger name: enter a descriptive name. Use a unique title that helps you identify the purpose of the campaigns, such as
Holiday Promo 2024
. - Enable trigger: defines whether a Trigger is active, and emails should flow
- Active From, Active To: defines the date period during which a Trigger should be active
- Store View: defines which store Trigger should work on.
Email sender details
Configure the sender information for emails in this campaign.
- Sender email: email address which will be used for sending emails
- Sender name: name (or title), which will be used for sending emails
- Send blind copy to: here you can add one or more emails, where blind copies of all emails within this Trigger will be sent. It is used for email flow analysis.
Google analytics campaign
This is a unique feature that allows you to analyze the number of visits, conversion rate, time of visits, etc. for those who arrive after reading a specific email. Read more about this service.

UTM source: defines the search engine, newsletter name, or other data sources. (available:

UTM medium: defines which medium analytics shall be used, e.g.

UTM campaign name: the name of your Google Analytics service.

Campaign term: paid keywords for your paid campaign. Use terms to target specific ads, such as
BlackFridayDiscount.
Leave blank for non-paid campaigns. -
Campaign content: optionally define additional content details for split testing or differentiating ads. Use this field to identify ad variations in your campaign, such as different images or text versions. For example, enter

for ads with a header image orFooter_Image

.To track the campaign performance at Google Analytics, log in to your Google account and go to Traffic Sources -> Campaigns. Select the campaign source from the list, and you will receive a report.
