Email settings

Emails are managed from Marketing -> Follow-Up Email -> Manage campaigns — open a campaign and use the actions on each email row in the sequence.

Quick actions

Each email in the sequence has the following actions available directly from the campaign view, without opening the settings dialog:

  • Edit email — opens the email settings dialog.
  • Preview (👁 icon) — opens an inline modal showing the rendered subject (prefixed with Subject:) and the full email body, populated with sample store data. Available on both the campaign listing page and the campaign view page.
  • Delete — removes the email from the sequence.
  • Duplicate — creates a copy of the email in the same trigger.
