📄️ General settings
In this section, you can configure email sending settings, customize coupon format, and manage debug mode.

Use to allow collecting and emailing guest data.
📄️ Event log
This section enables you to monitor triggered events within the store.
📄️ Mail log
This section enables you to monitor triggered emails effectively.
📄️ Customer email queue
The Follow Up Email tab on the customer edit page lets you inspect and manage all scheduled and sent emails for a specific customer without leaving the customer record.
📄️ Trigger settings
To edit trigger open Marketing -> Follow-Up Email -> Manage campaigns choose your campaign and click on Edit trigger button.
📄️ Email settings
Emails are managed from Marketing -> Follow-Up Email -> Manage campaigns — open a campaign and use the actions on each email row in the sequence.
📄️ Audience settings
This section allows you to configure the conditions under which an email will be sent. To set up the audience, navigate to Marketing -> Follow Up Email -> Manage Campaigns -> Your campaign and click on the Audience edit link.
📄️ Event settings
The extension uses Events to determine when to trigger or stop the trigger. To set the events, navigate to Marketing -> Follow Up Email -> Manage campaigns -> Your campaign and click on the Event edit link.
