How to create a new form

The Form Builder lets you create an unlimited number of forms and use them on any page of your site.

To create a new form, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Forms section and create a new form using the Add Form button. Or choose one from preinstalled forms.
2. Set the form’s basic options in General information and enable the form.
3. In the Form builder, build your form by dragging elements into place and editing their options.
4. In Success actions, add the message customers will see and specify the URL to redirect to after submission.
5. If you need to email a copy to the customer, configure the Field map.
6. If you need to send answers to different admin users based on a field value, use Email configuration.
7. In the Embedding section, get the embed code for the form.
8. Use the code to place the form on site pages via layouts or templates. Embedding via a widget is described in How to display a form via widget.
9. Clear the cache and verify that the form appears in your store.
