How to anonymize personal data
Our extension provides tools to anonymize users' personal data (first name, last name, address, date of birth) in all related sources (customer account, orders, addresses, etc.). A customer cannot request anonymization while they have incomplete/open orders.
Here’s how it works:

Ensure that you have enabled the option in Stores -> Configuration -> GDPR -> Personal Data Protection -> Anonymize Personal Data.

Navigate to Customer's account -> Privacy Settings -> Anonymize personal data -> details.
NoteThe Show link to dashboard in customer account option must be enabled in the configuration settings for the link to the dashboard to be displayed in the customer's account.

Press the anonymize my account button.

Enter the password, check the box, and press the Process button.

The customer's data will be automatically anonymized.
