How to create checkboxes

Our extension provides tools for creating checkboxes to ask users if they agree with the privacy policy. Here are the instructions on how to create checkboxes:

  1. Navigate to Customers -> Checkboxes.
  2. You will see the list of existing checkboxes in your store.
  3. Press the Add checkbox button.
  4. Fill in the information:
    • Is Active - The status of the checkbox. You can activate or deactivate the checkbox without deleting it.
    • Name - The name of the checkbox for internal use.
    • Location - The place where the checkbox will be displayed.
    • Checkbox Text - The text that will be displayed on the frontend. Here you can provide an explanation to users so they understand what they are agreeing to.
    • Store Views - Select the stores where the checkbox will be displayed.
  5. Save the checkbox.
Note

You can create multiple checkboxes for the same location. For example, if you create two checkboxes for the checkout location, users will need to agree to both before placing an order.
