How to generate reports

The Reports feature allows you to track and analyze the performance of your reward points program. By generating detailed reports, you can monitor how points are being earned and spent by customers, giving you valuable insights into customer engagement, purchasing behavior, and the overall success of your rewards program. This helps you optimize marketing strategies, monitor the financial impact of points, and adjust reward policies to better align with customer behavior and business goals.

Reports in our extension are divided into two separate menu actions:

  • Refresh statistics: used to keep statistics up to date and aggregate data for display.
  • Reports: used to visualize the data.

These actions can be selected from the menu drop-down in the Marketing -> Reward Points section.

How to generate reports on rewards policy

If you haven't recently refreshed statistics, go to Marketing -> Reward Points and select Refresh statistics. This will gather the latest data and redirect you to the Reports page, updated with your current data.

  • Period: defines the time period for data visualization.
  • Customer group: defines the customer group to be taken into account.
