How to disable the extension

Using these steps you can disable or remove extension.

Temporarily disable​

To temporarily disable the extension, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SSH console of your server and navigate to the root directory of your Magento 2 store.

  2. Run the following command to disable the extension:

    php -f bin/magento module:disable Mirasvit_Helpdesk

    To disable Helpdesk GraphQL module, run:

    php -f bin/magento module:disable Mirasvit_HelpdeskGraphQl

    If you have Hyvä, run:

    php -f bin/magento module:disable Hyva_MirasvitHelpdesk

  3. Log in to the Magento backend, refresh the store cache (if enabled), and deploy the static view files.

Extension removal​

To uninstall the extension, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SSH console of your server and navigate to the root directory of your Magento 2 store.

  2. Run the following command to remove the extension:

    composer remove mirasvit/module-helpdesk

    To remove Helpdesk GraphQL module, run:

    composer remove mirasvit/module-helpdesk-graph-ql

    If you have Hyvä, run:

    composer remove hyva-themes/magento2-mirasvit-helpdesk

  3. Log in to the Magento backend, refresh the store cache (if enabled), and deploy the static view files.
