How to create quick responses

Quick responses enable your support team to reply to common customer inquiries swiftly and consistently. By setting up pre-written responses for frequently asked questions, you can reduce response times, maintain a high level of professionalism, and ensure accuracy in communication. This feature not only improves the efficiency of your team but also enhances the customer experience by delivering prompt and reliable answers to recurring issues.

Follow these steps to create quick responses:

  1. Navigate to Customers -> Help Desk MX -> Quick responses.

  2. Press the Create new template button.

  3. Fill in general information. A detailed description of the fields can be found in the Quick responses section of our documentation.

  4. Press the Save button to finish creating quick responses.

Note

In the template field, you can use variables: [ticket_customer_name], [ticket_customer_email], [ticket_code], [store_name], [user_firstname], [user_lastname], [user_email].
