How to sign messages with a custom signature

Our extension allows agents to have their signatures automatically added at the end of each response to a ticket. To add a signature, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the System -> All users grid and pick a record for a particular agent.

  2. In the Help Desk additional tab, enter the signature in the Signature for emails field (you can use HTML code if needed).

  3. Save the user record to apply the signature.

From that moment, each notification sent by that agent will be signed with the entered text.
