How to create custom fields

Follow these steps to create a custom field:

Navigate to Customers -> Help Desk MX -> Custom fields.

Press the Create new field button.

Fill in general information. A detailed description of the fields can be found in the Custom fields section of our documentation.

Press the Save button to finish creating the custom field.
