Sitemap

A sitemap is a specialized XML file, usually placed in the root directory of your store, containing key information about crawlable links that you want Google to index promptly.
This page describes settings used when generating sitemap.

They are located in Marketing -> Sitemap -> Add sitemap/Edit.

• Filename: defines the name of the sitemap. Must contain .xml in the end.
• Path: sets the path where sitemap will be saved. For example, /media/sitemap/. Path must be writeable.
