- Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level. Excellent writing English is a must;
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to details;
- A wish to make your customers happy and satisfied.
- Understanding of web services and web applications;
- Experience in working with Web technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Learn our products and help customers with technical issues (or any other they may face), sell extensions, solve any conflict situations;
- Support customers by chat, email, tickets;
- Work closely with developer’s and support teams to ensure users' needs are heard during product development/support.
