License to use website
Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

Mirasvit.com is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without our permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website. Refunds, support service and bug fixing service are not available to violators of copyright.
One license of our software can be used only on one magento installation. If you need to install our software on a few magento installations, you must buy a few licenses of our software. Please, check our license agreement for details. Software can automatically connect with Mirasvit license server to validate Software license or provide customer with additional information.
Support and bug fixing
Mirasvit.com offers free 30 days support of all software sold on this site. Customers can report all bugs, which were found in our software. We will solve that bugs in order of our development plan.
Mirasvit.com offers free updates within 1 year after purchase of our software. Customer can download an update and install it by himself. If support period is expired, Mirasvit.com can’t solve any possible problems with our software during or after updating. Once the 1 year period is over, it is possible to get an update for 50% of the extension price - this includes another 1 year period of updates.
All customers can request a refund during 30 days after purchase of our software, if customer think that our software is not suitable for any reason. To request refund, customer must remove all copies of our software from its store, servers, computers, emal, etc and confirm by email such removal. After receiving a request we will proceed refund within 3 business days.
If request for refund is received after 30 days after purchase, it will be rejected.
Cost of installation and customization services are not refundable.
