The data migration service includes:
- We provide you with a script, which migrates data of one our extension from Magento 1 to Magento 2;
- We do one test data migration;
- We do one live data migration.
The installation service does NOT include:
- Any customizations (even if they were done in version for Magento 1);
- Re-installation or upgrades, this is a one-time service;
- Data migration of default magento data (customers, orders, etc);
- Data migration of any 3rd party extension.
Other conditions:
- You should migrate default magento data (customers, orders, etc) before migration of extension data;
- You should check if migration is correct after test data migration. We don't accept claims after live data migration;
- Migration may not work for all types of extension data. It's possible that you'll need to copy/paste some data manually.
- During migration we will solve only issues related to data migration script. All other issues should be solved under our support service terms & conditions.
- Your store should work without errors (should be stable). There should not be any other developers who are working with your store.
Notes:
- We don't have migration scripts for every extension. Please contact us for the list of available migrations;
- The data migration service for RMA extension does not include migration of offline RMA;
- All migration scripts are shared in the manuals of our extensions. You can do migration yourself. But in this case, if you receive errors during migration, our team will not be able to assist you. You'll need a help of PHP developer.
