What does mean Invoiced Cost column

Invoiced Cost is the actual cost, paid to the manufacturer or distributor by end-customer. Typically it includes tax, shipping fees and other additional payments, that are required to deliver goods from merchant to buyer.

In Magento 2 (and in Advanced Reports extension as well) Invoiced Cost is the actually paid amount by the order. You can see its raw value and its summands in Order Totals:

In the example above Invoiced cost includes Base cost, also called Subtotal ($29), Shipping Fees ($5) and Tax ($2.35). Therefore, Invoiced Cost would be $36.39.

Widget Invoiced, which you can see at Advanced Reports Dashboard, contains total of all invoiced costs for a period.
