What is the link to Guest RMA in Magento 2

Our RMA extension allows you to place Guest RMA request for return, when original order was placed in Guest mode, or you just can not to log in to your account just at that moment.

This link is automatically placed to the footer of you store. Open there any page and scroll down to the very bottom of it.

This link points to URL, from which you can submit Guest RMA request: http://example.com/returns/guest/new/

Guest RMA Link is always accessible for customers.

Did you know…

… that recently we had added to our RMA extension possibility to place return requests even for orders, that are not exist in your Magento store. It is a common case, when orders are placed via phone, separate payment service or even on other shopping platform.

You need just to enter order number, product name and its quantity. So simple and flexible.
