Static conditions are available on all page types. Dynamic conditions are available on every page type except Home Page and Page Builder.

Related product rules allow you to target the selection of products presented to customers as related products, up-sells, and cross-sells. Each product rule can be associated with a customer segment to produce a dynamic display of targeted merchandising.
Since several active rules can be triggered simultaneously, you can prioritize each rule. It defines the order in which rules are applied, and products are displayed on the page.
The process of creating a related product rule is similar to setting up a price rule. First, you define the conditions to match then choose the products you want to display.
