This update actually is a big step towards automation of management of your store. Since it is possible to set up workflow rules hourly check, the RMA extension is able to execute automatic actions according to dynamic change of the RMAs conditions that you set up for each workflow. Are you confident about your support service? The new feature of HelpDesk MX allows customers to rate support answers which enables you to see the quality and relevance of the answers provided. Using this data can help you to improve your answer templates and identify the best employees.

Customer cross-comments feature: this feature is significant for managing the relations with returning customers. From now on, same Customer Notes field will be accessible from all the tickets the customer creates, which allows the support managers to solve requests depending on specific features of each customer.

What’s new about this feature?

There were neither ability to rate support answers, nor customer  feature.

BEFORE Update:.You could only guess which answer is more relevant to the customer and who among your employees is the most efficient in case solving.

AFTER Update: Answer’s rating, customer cross comments ? everything to excel the communication between your stuff and clients.

Customers still could earn reward points from their purchases. The thing is, they were not aware of how much and the new update solves this issue. By giving the clear estimated added value, the decisions to make a purchase are made easier.

AFTER Update: now the customers can see the amount of point they are able to earn.
