Mirasvit Last Updates - July 2024

Despite the summer heat, work on our modules never stops. In July, we added CmsTailwindJit support for Hyva themes in our Blog MX. This will help merchants modify styles more easily. The performance of our AI assistant was upgraded once more with the GPT-4o-mini model support. Search in the Order Management module became more convenient. Follow Up Emails can now use info from the Reward Point module. Read along and discover all the details!

Blog MX

🔥 Use Tailwind components in blog posts (Hyva theme)

Magento uses a limited set of templates and blocks for frontend pages out of the box. This poses a challenge if you want to improve the appearance and usability of your pages. Every time you add a new block to the page, you can only use existing Magento styles or look for workarounds that allow you to add custom styles to the store.

However, if you have Hyva theme and our Blog MX extension the customization process for blog posts becomes easier with the Hyva_CmsTailwindJit compiler. This compiler allows you to use ready-made components from the free library on the go, such as buttons, banners, navigation elements, etc. To do this, you just need to download the code and insert it into your post’s content field. The styles will be functional automatically.

GPT AI Assistant & Content Generator

🔥 Added support for the GPT-4o-mini model

Our AI Assistant extension now supports the GPT-4o-mini model. This new model enhances the quality of generated texts, especially in languages other than English. It also lowers the costs of updating content because of the lower price per token. The price is 15 cents per 1 million input tokens and 60 cents per 1 million output tokens, which is the equivalent of 2500 standard book pages.

The GPT-4o-mini model supports up to 16K output tokens per request. Its knowledge has been updated up to October 2023.

The model can be enabled in the Stores > Configuration > Mirasvit Extensions > AI Assistant > General Settings > OpenAI Model menu.

GDPR

🔥 Breeze theme support

Our GDPR module now supports the Breeze themes. Earlier you could only use default theme for GDPR elements. With the Breeze themes, you can make your pop-up consent windows look sharper and gain a slight boost in performance.

Order Management

🔥 Keyword search and dropdown bars for status and tags

With the new update, the search and navigation in our Order Management extension became easier. Now, you can search by keyword when you add items to the orders. This way, order editing becomes faster and more convenient.

Also, when you use filters to sort your orders, you can choose statuses and tags from the dropdown lists. Seeing all options before your eyes helps to find needed options faster.

Follow Up Email

🔥 RWP variables in the follow-up emails

Our Follow-Up Email extension now supports variables from the Reward Points extension. To entice customers to take action, you can add a reward point balance or earned points to the email. For example, tell customers how many reward points they have and how they can spend them. These variables can help you create more elaborate and engaging email campaigns.

The variables can be added in the email template Marketing > Email Designer > Mirasvit Extensions > Manage Templates > Your Template when clicking on the "Insert Variable" button.

You can use the following variables in your emails now:

• Total points customer has –
• The number of points earned for an order –
• The number of points spent on the order –
• Number of money spent on the order –
• Customer’s referral link –
• Customer current reward tier name –
